ACD Problem - 3 lights on right away

Hey everyone.

I got an issue with ACD on a car that has just been assembled - everything was apart so basically we're searching in the dark.

When ignition is given, the 3 lights go on right away

Giving it full gas with ignition on produces no result whatsoever.

Now I'm guessing the possibility could be the pressure sensor on the pump - afaik that's the reason 3 lights go on right away usually - or is there any other possibility?

I've checked the relays and fuses and swapped them out with different ones already - produced no result. Also the pump motor starts if you hook it up directly on a 12v source.

Any ideas or insight very welcome.

It's a terrible thing if that were the case, because the car is an RS and I'd have a hard time checking without visiting the dealer....

Going to try changing the pressure sensor first, since we have one here, after that it's ABS time...

Ok regardless of changing everything - pump, relays, pressure sensors etc - the car won't bleed itself when putting it in to "on" position and holding the gas at 100%...

Kinda stomped.

Toxin, I ran into the same problem as you. Is the "AntiLock" light lit up after start or when key on? Check your speed sensor(ABS sensor) on each hub. You will need a scanner that capable of checking ABS system.
As far as the problem goes, I m still working on mine. I will keep you update.

I recently changed the clutch on mine. When I was getting the axles off I broke the LF abs sensor on the hub (the wiring) and after everything was put back together the abs light was on. All 3 acd lights were on too. Changed the sensor and the abs light went away but acd lights were still on. Searched online and came across the proper way to bleed the acd system. Theres a bleeder screw on the bottom of the tcase right next to the drain bolt, unscrew it enough so the fluid would come out, have a buddy turn the ignition on and hold the gas for more than 5 seconds. It bled it self and the acd lights haven't come on ever since

Thats why my lights came on after I installed my clutch. Added ACD fluid, everything good.

I think this is what's going on with our cars. The wheels sensors is needed as an input for the ACD computer to function.

With a ABS scanner, it's showing code 65 ABS monitor open circuit. I will go through all the speed sensors and recheck all the connections for now.

All sensors wires going to acd ecu are good. Need to do more investigation.

I had a similar issue and I had the wheel speed sensor wires on the drivers side front tire pulled out of the harness apparently. I wired it back up and the 3 lights are now off (only the one for whatever mode I selected is showing).

Can evoscan determine the error code from the 3 lights? I haven't messed around with it in ages so I don't remember. But this thread was very helpful when I was dealing with my ACD

https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/ev...l-pay-you.html

In it is a trick with the obd that tells you the error code. The ACD lights will blink in a sequence telling you the particular error.

Edit:

by the way, you can read out the error code without having to go to dealer. turn off ignition, ground pin 1 on your obd ii port, turn the key on and count ACD lights flashes. longer flashes are tens, shorter are units. example: eight long flashes, two short - code #82.
