Exhaust, AFC, Boost, Intake. What else?

Exhaust, AFC, Boost, Intake. What else?
I'm the next month i'll have a turbo back exhaust, S-AFC, Boost controller, and intake. What else is left to explore? I could go cams and cam gears but i'm thinking of a reflash or new ECU.
Would getting a reflashed ECU really help out that much or will I run into problems down the line with tuning? Also couldn't i just accomplish what a Reflash does with the settings on the boost and AFC?
Please no one start comming in and starting up with "get dynoflash its the bomb" or " XEDE is well worth it". I want some sound advice and not opinions.
