test pipe vs high flow cat

I have a full 3.5 inch helix turboback on my car with a test pipe... state trooper " douchebag" pulled me over and gave me a 10 day fixit for car being too loud... if I remove the testpipe and put in a high flow cat will it be noticeably quieter?

cant find anything on that exhaust really. does it have an actual muffler or is it just a straight tube? regardless of the silencer a cat will quiet it down and also a resonator. personally i wouldnt change it if i got a ticket or not. how are they going to know if you made it quieter? are they requiring you to goto inspection within 10 days with it being quiet or something?

You're gonna have a hard time finding a bolt-on unit for a 3.5" exhaust.

you have many options. if it is a 3.5" i dont know where your going to find a high flow cat for that specific for our car but they might be out there.
your probably going to need some fab work to get a cat on a 3.5 exhaust
