hey guys I was wondering what's the easiest way to hook up the vac lines to a grim speed 3 port to control boost but use a AEM Truboost only as a boost gauge. I know I can shut the solenoid off on the Truboost and just use it like a boost gauge. Should I hook up the grim speed as normal and just T the Truboost into those vac lines? Im sure your wondering why I just don't get a regular boost gauge. I had the Truboost on my old setup and instead of selling it and buying a new one I'll just run it as a gauge only. Thanks

 

Hook the grimmspeed up to the j-pipe nipple and the wastegate nipple. Then take the vac line from the back of the boost gauge and T it into a line running to the intake manifold.

 

Ok thanks I'll try it out, so basically I won't be using the Truboost solenoid at all.

 

Correct. Just disconnect it completely.
