I had my budddy pull the code on his fancy little instrument. The warning stated that the egr valve was not functioning properly. This is probably due to my boost controller. PE Hybrid, which works great, but my only concern is that there may be some better places to tap for vacuum. I tapped the line running from the bov to the solenoid for the egr, the big line, which sits sort of on top of the manifold. I tapped for my controller on the line running across the back of the valve cover. There is no way I can take this to the dealer, and the car runs great even with the ses light on, when it was on. This has happened twice now, thinking w.c.s. bad egr valve?

Any suggestions?
