Anyone know what turbo this is ? Mad scientist ?

So picked up an 04 that i am doing some work on and the car had this turbo on it. really strange had a fully custom tub manifold, had a nice FP oil line kit and has a built wheel on the inside that is blue ? the housing looks to be an evo9 turbo I am totally at a loss what this thing is any insight on this one would help

Yeah the housing is a IX turbo housing and the bbk lineup uses blue wheels, so I'm also going with bbk cbrd turbo

that is one of our turbos-

however- id be a bit worried if its running someone elses oil line- if there is any restriction it could cause damage to the turbo

Why does the compressor wheel look so dirty? Was this manifold a forward facing setup run without an air filter? It appears to be a little dirty and scuffed up. Hope the turbo is still in good shape.
