atp gtx3076

a local guy to me has a gtx 3076 that he wants 900$ and a stock 9 turbo for. Is this a good deal or is it not worth the time? I'm looking for 500 to 600 hp.

thanks guys

hmm how many miles on the 3076r? imo with 900 and a 9 turbo you could have it upgraded to a fpred or eqivelent if you just add a little more money. heck, 900 and a 9 turbo you would have a hta green. a new 9 turbo is 900 or so at FP i think.

it really depends on what kind of gtx3076 he has. there are many different ways to get it on the car. who made the turbo? was it part of a kit? or a bolt on varient? lots of info missing here.

still not helpful. atp made two bolt on kits. one is open scroll with external gate. the other is twin scroll with internal gate.

Hell if I had a deal like that I would have taken it. I probably would not have traded my 9 + 900 cash but you should get some decent power out of it in a stock location sneaky looking turbo lol.

Good luck with it man and enjoy

If you decide to sell let me know.

its well worth the trade if you ask me. that turbo can make 550whp+ with the right combo of parts. guy in cali went 10.3 with it on e85. no dyno graphs have been posted on this board. so its hard to say how responsive they are.

I have been looking for one of those stock location ATP's for a while too. They are basically one of the best bang for the buck kits you can get and very much user friendly and a little more flexible. If your aiming for the high 400's to mid 500's then this is a very good option for the price over a FP red or black.
