Any body else get this sound. It happens when I turn the key to the on position but don't start the car. Its like a relay clicking. ttttik ttik ttik tttik.....Seems like its spasing out. What is it? Noticed it when I installed my eloctronic boost guage, oil pressure guage and egt. But i Know it can't be coming from that.

 

this is with ALL cars... its just the ignition system firing up but u aint crankin the engine .. no fuel to burn.. you'll notice (if you get a voltage meter) that the battery power is dropping fast when ur in that mode

 

Thanks for clarifying Jae.. I called TurboTrix regarding this and they told me it might be coming from the stepper motor on the throttlebody. You gotta check out my ghetto guage setup. I mounted them on the damn windwhield with EZ-Pass velcros. They hold really well to vibration. It's only temporary until the custom face plate arrives in a couple of weeks.
