B&B downpipe clearance issues?

Anyone have any problems with their B&B downpipe hitting the lower tie bars? How far is the B&B from the oil pan?

Does it neck down to the stock cat?

My prob is it is the lowest point on the car and I hit mine on high speed full compression bumps twice
