Yes, you are correct. I should have said "Straight through, Perforated core, and Fiber 'packed' (not baffled) for noise reduction". Still APS makes a great exhaust. I really like the one on the WRX (wish I still had it ).

 

I just installed this turboback and I must say that the quality was top notch. The sound was not loud at all and the turbo hits so much harder. The car seems to want to pull through redline with no problem. The looks are very clean and I couldn't be any more pleased with this product. Now I have to buy an O2 simulator to get rid of that CEL

 

Call Perrrin about getting a CEL - well worth it!

I bought mine from GRD in Naperville, they are one of the largest distributors in the U.S. I am not sure if they have any left, they said they sold almost all of them and won't be expecting another shipment until August. As for the CEL I called Buschur and I will be buying their simulator for $50
