You should take a look at the CBRD v-band housing & downpipe. Quality and function are top notch.

if price really isn't an option, you will not find a better product than the CBRD O2/downpipe combo.

I like the CBRD, but it's not in my budget. I'm going to go Greddy (Titek) and an RRE downpipe.

For the 02 housing pick up a Muse or MAP 02 dump. It's quiet when you're driving normal and loud when you put your foot in it. Plus it gets rid of back pressure within the 02 housing under boost and that means more power and torque as well as slightly faster spool

Yeah I think Muse discontinued their O2 dumps / housings. I have a BNIB MAP O2 dump for sale if you're looking for one.

I have tried several combos, and found out what junk is out there, but there are a few good options.

First of all, 3" vs 2.75" downpipe...unless you run at least FP Red on E85, I doubt you can find difference. But I won't argue...everybody has their view.
I have seen dynos and based this opinion on data showing no difference.

CBRD downpipe and O2 housings are nice, but hang low.
MAP Donwpipe and O2 housing (recirculating) is nice, but hangs low.

Low is not an option for driving on streets and backroads, its OK for drag car.

Works O2 housing and downpipe tuck in perfectly and are full 3" - so you can have that peace of mind if you must.

But if it was my money, TOMEI combo would be my choice: reasonable price, really well fitting, and the combo comes with heat wrap for cooler oil-pan and more. Perhaps quieter too.

Invida looks a bit less than well made up close compared to above choices. But you can buy the combo of Invidia Downpipe with O2 housing because they only mate to each other, for full 3" on budget. Downpipe fit is not great.

RRE Downpipe is no longer old RRE, its now "made in ...." and very cheaply manufactured, perhaps adequately functional- its just a pipe- but not representative of RRE quality we came to expect.

Its pretty said that despite huge volume, there are only few quality choices, and anything that hands-low and requires you to space the cross-brace downward is not properly engineered, therefore to me it seems the choices are really only :
Works and Tomei top tier
Invidia combo- generic

Best of luck in your choice

Can't go wrong with a Megan o2 housing. Pretty much any downpipe will be the same as long as it clears ACD if you've got 05-06 Evo.
