Nice sound clips.

Check out the new issue of TPR Magazine. They did a review on 9 EVO8 exhaust systems, tested them on a dyno for HP/torque numbers. No sound reviews.

You can find out where to buy the magazine if you go to tprmag.com

I did a quick review of it in the forums.

Can someone please come forward with an RS*R sound clip or an Apex'i N1 sound clip? I'd really appreciate it.

Does anybody have a clip of the Buschur exhaust running through the gears? I'm definantly sold on this exhaust, a very nice product from what I hear. I just would like to hear a clip of it going through the gears before I buy it Thanks all in advance!

We're hoping to work on getting more exhaust sound clips at one of our next NorCalEvo meets. We will be using the exact same camera angles, etc, so we can keep consistency going and provide the community with more sound bites on available exhausts.

Try getting the Perrin DP running a Perrin catless with the B&B exhaust. I think people will like that. Thats the setup I have. It sounds great.

You guys did read the results of the recent DSport EVO exhaust shootout right? Not sure how anyone can make some of the above choices if they have.

I have the issue...but haven't read that article quite yet.

But I know that some people value legal noise levels more than they value getting the ultimate hp gains from the exhaust system they buy.

Guys worried about being legal will have the quietest exhaust we build on the car then and will be within the 95 DB range, no problem. To be truly legal you are going to need to keep a cat on the car and then just use the Magnaflow muffler with it. Quietest highest HP gains you will find.

I'll try to get an RS*R sound clip at our next meet. A NorCalEvo member sold his Vishnu exhaust and got a RS*R he got from AutoRnD, so if he is there, we will get a sound bite for ya.

Ok...that exhaust test is quite comprehensive, and well sorted, thanks!

I will make mention that a lightly loaded engine is going to be a lot quieter than an exhaust pumping out some noise on a loaded (aka driven) 4G63 motor.

What are the chances of at least doing an "in-car" road exhaust noise test with like a 2nd gear hard roll-on?

Thanks,

jcnel.
