Unhappy Ignition breaking up after 7k!

So my build has been done for sometime now. Car is been running fine with me tuning the idle and drivebility area on a AEMv1. Recently started to tune for power and started at 18psi. Car responded well, then started to raise the boost a little to around 20psi and the car started sputtering around 7k RPM.

So what have I done to try and remedy the situation. I have an AMS COP w/CDi box running NGK ILFR7H spark plugs at .024 gap. So started by changing to the gap to .022 then .020 and no change. I had a new M&W box that I swapped and still no change. So thinking that I might have a bad or weak coil, I swapped the COP for the stock ignition system (since Im only running 20psi) and still no change. Decided to put new spark plugs, no change. We looked all over the maps and even loaded old maps and no change. Every sensor in the car is new to this build with the exception of the MAP sensor which is a Omni 4b.

Now what else can I look for. If I had a bad coil, why does it still break up with the stock coils (which I had previously used while running even higher boost)? Is not any type of limiter, I checked all limiters, fuel and load cuts. New spark plugs. Battery voltage seems to be good at 14v during a pull.

Any help would be appreciated.
Vic
