Which Exhaust manifold ?

I am thinking of ordering Borg Warner EFR 7670 . I want to know which manifold will suit it the best ? Currently i have a full race manifold http://www.full-race.com/store/turbo...winscroll.html .

Will i have any mounting issues with this turbo using this manifold [ with 4 bolt plate ]

The BW comes with an internal wastegate. Does that works well ?

Please guide me.

The one you currently own is for stock frame turbos only, and the 7670 only comes in T3 or T4 form.

In other words, you'll need a complete turbo kit.

Do BW provide a complete turbo kit ? What do you suggest? which is the best option amongst all ?

Full Race will make you a T3 / T4 kit for the 7670 as they are BW dealers. Other vendors will also make one for you, such as ETS, Buschur, STM, MAPerformance etc...

If I were you I would stay away from Borg Warners. They are attractive with their low prices, but you get what you pay for. I would rank the turbos as follows:
1. Forced Performance Turbos
2. PTE Turbos
3. Borg Warner

I have seen some reliable setups with Borg Warners, but in the end I don't see any cars making huge numbers or breaking records like I do with FP and PTE turbos

I think it's very bold to state that about Borg Warner. I don't ser fp or pte on world class race vehicles and oem either ..

If any one has gone through the thread created by Ernie T. He got great numbers by borg warner. I have read that precision Turbos fail [ new units ] ,never had any experience about FPs. HKS ones are reliable but costly, greddy dont make any turbos now.

Borg warner are now making billet wheels for Greddy T88s.

I know its going to be a tough choice but i need a turbo to match the efficiency of my engine and i found just the exact size in borg. HKS 7460R was my previous choice but i then decided to go a bit big and keep the setup for some time rather than switching to another turbo later.

imo i think borgs are right up there with precision.. i hear of alot more precision turbo failing than borgwarners.. borgwarners have became very popular in the v8 turbo world.. the new billet wheels jose is making for these borgs almost makes them hard to beat.. yeah they are heavy and big but who cares when it makes such good power and will last forever.. there is a reason most big rigs and tractors use borg turbos.. because they last and you can beat the **** out of them..

Does Borg warner provide warranty in case of turbo failure ?

This leads me confused.... BW are used in A LOT of OEM turbo applications and racing... like professional racing... they probably have the most turbo technology on the planet
