So I just finally dropped the hammer on a FP BB Black, after finishing up my motor build over the last few months.

I am definitely still a bit nervous about my decision, and I hope it all pays out in the end.


Really my question is,
How many miles are the BB's averaging before rebuild?

 

there are some people pushing 20k+ miles on BB Blacks, Spec Ops Motorsports has a guy who ran 10s last year in the Buschur shootout and also ran 10s this year in the shootout and he has the same BB Black, just make sure to use the right oil line and the right oil and keep an eye on the filter for the turbo feed line and u should be good man. Also, make sure you have a good catch can setup

 

The internets are a very hard place to get answers....most only post when something bad happens but there is a topic floating around regarding premature failures.......lots of supporting theories for and against. FP chimed in on the thread.
