I know its not the best but I use a forge rs one and it works pretty good. I swapped to it once my stock metal bov wouldn't hold past 30 psi even crushed and it fairly priced.

The Cobb XLE DV is an awesome product. I run it on my my Evo IX and I love it, it holds 31psi just fine. The Synapse DV is a awesome one too.

It's good if you're not pushing more than 26psi. My stock bov started leaking at 26/27psi. Swapped it out for the Cobb and now I hold 30 psi all day

Correct, but in his first post he says "What is the best recirculating bov I can buy?" A metal IX bov is not the best recirculating bov money can buy.

I run 32psi on my EF3/2.3 with an oem crushed metal bov and have zero issues with it. Love the **** out of it. But if I was to upgrade I'd say the new Tial QR

Synapse DV For SURE! Best function ever. Also tested to 60psi.. you install the softer spring, hose into the B port only I believe it is. Perfect..

Check out this review.

Synapse it is then. I did forget to mention its on a mostly stock Evo. Im getting ready for the first tune on it so I'm doing boost leak checks and all the good stuff. And I that the stock bov sucks. So I'm wanting to get stuff that won't fail me in the long run.
