My starter relay makes a lot of noise when the key is in the in position and it won't start I keep turning the key and it won't catch it may catch like after 50 times of turning it the starter is new it was under warranty so I just swapped it and all the wires r plugged in on the starter

 

sounds like a starter mechanical issue. get another one with the warranty.

 

Third starter same problem all tested good

 

It's going Into the shop at 3 any other things it could be before I take it

 

If all your starters are fine, relays and sensors (Crank, cams) are good then your timing is off.
