I just installed my new motor, it fired right up and idled fine even when up to temp. Turned the car off and when I restart it I have to give it some gas to start and stay running. I am running speed density and the only things that have changed since my last motor is a forward facing turbo kit (stm) and bigger cams. The car runs and drives normal, it just wont idle without some gas. Fuel trims are less than 5% at idle. I can let the car sit for a few hours and it will fire up again (no throttle) then it will do the same thing. The coolant temp sensor is reading normal on my scanner also.

 

well pulled out my IAC and put a rubber plug in it, with the biss screw all the way in it starts up and idles fine at 1500 RPM so im guessing I need an IAC.....
