More Tranny Problems

So here goes:

Had the tranny rebuilt under warranty, with a new cusco clutch. I've had nothing but problems since I got it back. Now, 5th gear and reverse have lost their grinding (initally reverse would slam into gear and 5th still ground) Now 3rd gear is grinding with I dont take extra extra car on my up/down 2-3 and 4-3 shifts. It grinds so bad, and while I figure my clutch is still not disengaging fully.....could it possibly be that the 3rd gear syncros have gone after they had the tranny apart for the 5th gear problem?

Im fed up with this car. I am almost to the point of getting rid of it and staying away from Mitsu forever. I dont know what to do...any suggestions?

BTW the clutch is a twin disk carbon unit and honestly, I feel it isn't disengaging fully. Could this be the cause of the problem with 3rd?

Its illegal to do so, Magnus Moss warranty act of 1975. Besides, the clutch can't attribute to syncros not working properly.
