CARBONETIC TRIPLE PLATE CARBON CLUTCH problem

hi

I have a big problem with my evo 9

i purchase 9000 -Series Hydraulic Release Bearing from tilton
but needed to have a good clutch,
so I bought a toughest CARBONETIC TRIPLE PLATE CARBON CLUTCH
1400 kg i think of a friend.
car drive really well when I run normally rpm and switch completely normal , but when I need to run high rpm 8200 about I can not shift gears quickly !
so I 'll have to let the rpm fall before I can switch gears again ?

i think my evo can not press the clutch completely out, perhaps 85 % :-(

my questions is :

How much clutch travel does the clutch require in cm ?

do the clutch works on a evo 9 ?

do i need new lighter Diaqhragm springs ?

hope you have heard of this problem before.
hope you can help me when I have struggled with it for a whole year now :-(

with best regards

kim troels

you may have too much throw at bearing. pushing on fingers too far causes plates to bind instead of floating freely.
