The pcv valve is pulling out of the valve cover? Or is the hose simply coming off of the valve?

Did you upgrade the pcv fitting at all? if it keeps on coming off, go to your local autopart store and buy a piece of hose with a smaller inner diameter, also, does the hose come off easily when you yank on it?

Did you have any luck resolving this? My 03 just starting doing this as well. I might try replacing the elbow piece that goes into the grommet. That or upgrading to an STM fitting, but so far that seems like a nightmare finding fittings to match up to the PVC valve.
