Well, bumping this again, it's nearly 100 degrees in SC. Running my AC and being at stop lights is super irritating, car sometimes wants to stall with AC on when sitting and starting to pull away. Thinking of just going SD and getting a retune. Any recommended kits?

No kit needed. 4bar map sensor and intake pipe with air filter.

search some more and you will find what you need. 3 or 4 bar map, new intake, and sensor. sorry I don't have the link but I found it on here when I was thinking about it.

Thanks for the quick responses guys. Yeah, TSCOMP sells an intake, omni 4 bar and the tune I'll need (retune since I'm already tuned by him). Not a cheap option, but I don't know what else I can do to make the car run right, I literally dread driving the car when it is too hot out because of it.

In the mean time, when you're about to take off hit the a/c button and don't have it on max ac so the a/c turns off for take offs.... I've been doing that for years.

Sounds like he needs to fix your tune instead of charging you to potentially fix the tuning issue.

Do you have evoscan and a tactrix cable? It really sounds like you have to tweak your iacv settings in ecuflash. I had the opposite issue where my car wanted to idle at 2500 rpms. I just had to tweak the ics steps table, iacv, and idle rpm with ac on. No issues now in any conditions. There are many threads on here to guide you if not then yes pay a tuner to do it.

since it hasn't been mentioned, what voltage are you logging at idle/stop and go with the a/c on? You could need a touch up to your injector voltage latency compensation table. So basically what im suggesting is it could have something to do with injector scaling at lower voltage. You said your AFR's go all over the place also leads me to believe this could be an issue.

He has a point your afrs should be somewhat stable. I'm not sure what cams you have but check for boost leaks/vacuum leaks etc and definitely your injector scaling. A log would help to see what's going on.

^ I have GSC S2 cams, its been a few months since I've checked for boost leaks, so I can do that again. Problem has persisted for years though. I datalogged and actually could see some it while it happened, in column L & M Fuel Trim & O2 feedback, it zeroes out on the bottom of both my datalog files where you see the RPMs dip down as I'm stalling around 500-700 RPMs. Any ideas? Also, my AEM wideband decided not to show up on my datalog, any ideas why? I've been having intermittent problems with in... Thanks for the help guys

A rescaling is definitely in order. Your fuel trims are almost maxed out. Are you throwing any too rich codes? P0171 I think is the code. Anyway I would also bump up the idle on those s2 cams. I reckon the car would be a lot happier around 800-1000 rpms. 500 rpms is way too low I don't even think stock is that low. Key is you can't just turn the idle screw you need evoscan to activate the idle actuator.

The car normally idles at 1,000 rpm, it drives great without the AC on. Not throwing any codes. The problem only comes out when I'm driving with the AC on, wants to stall at lights and sputters taking off sometimes. Also, I believe AC idle is 1,200 rpm

Can you compare your Desired ISCV initial step position with AC on-neutral to a stock rom. Bump up the steps to see if it helps the behavior.

This is where I get lost, lol. I know how to adjust my rpm, limit speed and adjust my idle, that's about it with ecuflash. I'll need step by step directions to do anything else, sorry
