Question Turbo(FP 71hta) or Cams(GSC S2)

I have 03 evo 8 and I plan on getting the FP 71hta and the gsc s2's but cant get both at the moment. Which would be better to get first and make the car more fun to drive? I already have a 10.5 hotside for the 71hta.

Current mods:
3" turbo back exhaust
Amsoil air filter(stock intake pipe)
Walbro 255 fuel pump
Synapse DV
Fftec boost control solenoid

I have a muse o2 dump and vrsf intercooler w/ licp waiting to go on as well.
I also plan on upgrading injectors the same time I get the turbo or cams installed. I was looking into the FIC and RC injectors. Would I be fine going with either brand?
I do want to go to e85 in the future but still undecided if im making the switch now.

turbo would give you more bang for buck. so go for the 71hta first. and then upgrade to S2's which are a nice choice btw. once you start turning up the boost/e85..then you'd need the fueling mods.

Like stated already the Turbo would give you more than the Cams will.
Reason for limiting yourself to the 71?
