Has anyone seen a how to install for this? The main questions is where do they want to connect the Positive and Negative to from the CDI unit and what plug and gaps should be run?
Positive should go on a Battery, since the COP from Sparktech is fused, but if that's your car in the link then you will have to use a point where the battery line meets the front fuse box (Red circle). Direct battery power is recommended, less interference from the Alternator. I put a Evo 10 Battery junction in the front, so negative and Positive is right next to each other.

As for ground use the Chassis (Green Circle)
Gap for COP can be .022-.026.
Start middle road .024 and test.
Awesome, I searched and searched and there is very little on this which surprised me. Thanks for the help!
