Valve cover gasket W/ Spark Plug rings ???

Looking for some advise on doing this procedure.
Reason for me to do the swap is I noticed a little oil on my spark plugs when I just changed them a couple days ago. I've planning on doing the gasket swap and the Spark ring seals while I'm at it. I have no visible external leaks what so ever and the car runs great. I don't have a way to do a compression test nor does my car blow any smoke nor burn oil.

Question 1) Do I need to replace the top cover bolts with new bolts before tightening everything up?

Question 2) Is there anything I should know before doing this job? I've read the DIY here on the forum and it looks real easy.

Cheers,

Get too frisky when prying off the cover and buy and new one. Over torque the bolts and buy a new one. Other than that, shake and bake.
