You know how you take a spinning class to lose weight??????

Well, back from what most of you thought to be the "dead" is the knifed crank. its balanced.............

From: Texas...panhandle...ugh
Would like to ask if you can do this to a Toda stroker or JUN crank and would you recommend either of those? I plan on doing a stroker kit very soon (weeks) and would like to have you work the crank if it does what I think it does:

? decrease the moment of inertia of the crank allowing greater spool up and quicker revs in the low rpm range?...similar to a lightweight flywheel

? allow for higher revs due to less vibration (balanced better)?

? keep strength of stock crank?
