crank pulley? its need to be changed?

Recently I spun bearings in my car. I went to the machine shop to repair my crank and aparently no issues.

I finished my car two weeks ago, and now when I accelerated the car I saw until 9 points of knock between 5,500 to 6,000 rpm, and I dont know if it could be the crankshaft (maybe its bent) or I dont know if the crank pulley can cause knock.
or simple is phantom knock.

Heres a video, of the crank pulley, I think its need to replace. What do you think.?

Well, its called a damper because of the rubber it contains. What's new rubber like compared to very old rubber that has been through a lot of heat cycles?
