Squeaking Gear Stick

Has anyone experience a squeaking gear stick in their Evo 8? Mine starting squeaking a few days ago.

I also noticed that the stick's less resistant in when shifting to lower gears than shifting to higher gears.

yeah I did, I just got it lubed up and it all went away.
