Hey guys, I'm looking at getting an ets intake and LICP are these the best bang for the buck or are others going the top pipe as well?

 

evo 8/9 no need really for upper pipe. lower ic pipe and intake gtg!

 

To get the full benefit, do the whole intake system. Intercooler / Lower & upper pipes & open intake filter

I did swap out my LICP because stock is crap. I run OEM UICP and only swapped out my air intake because my turbo has a larger opening, otherwise I'd still have OEM stuff there too. With an open-element air filter, though. All other IC is stock.
Currently at 460whp

 

I have Map Rev3 intake, AMS fmic, Buschur upper pipe with a tial bov, and AMS lower pipe. I am to the point the intake mani and turbo hotside are my problem
