Electronic Boost solenoid for Evo 8 ECU w/ Speed Density?
Hello all,
I'm still new to evos and/or boost cars and have a few questions.
I have a JDM evo 5 w/ an evo 8 engine, speed density, manual boost controller. Am trying to find out if I can switch from the manual boost controller to an electronic one.
The engine is still stock, I'm in the process of adding an tial wastegate, custom charge piping and a tial bov but will be adding 3" piping, gsc s2 cams & valvetrain some time next year. Will be getting the car retuned soon as well so I figure now might be a good time to invest in one and get rid of the manual controller.
What do you think? If yes, what brand do you recommend?
