Clutch Install - Where To Start?

This is a series of newbie questions, but here it goes....

What all is involved in installing a new clutch in the EVO III ? Does anyone know of links to a atricle that details the procedure?

When looking for an aftermarket clutch, what is important in relation to the EVO? As far as the twin-plate vs. regular, what are the trade offs? Will a dealer install an aftermarket clutch, and would you trust them to do so? How fragile is the EVO III driveline / transmission anyway, what kind of power will it handle? If you put in a bullet-proof clutch, would you endanger your driveline?

I've heard mixed reviews of the stock clutch in this car, and it seems to be the favorite debate. I'm at 5K and have no problems yet with 3 launches on my clutch. I also have a friend that has around 11K on his with a few, and no problems. I'm just trying to be prepared.

Thanks
