Ignition issue

Ignition issue

Ive been having ignition problems lately so i ordered a COP which im still waiting on. Turns out it was just 1 coil pack so i swapped it before my tune yesterday. On the dyno everything was fine and i made 375hp 390tq at 25psi. When i got on the highway and went to see how it felt the car started to sputter and sounded like it was hitting rev limiter. If im casually driving and punch it then it starts to do that but if i roll into it im fine. Is it possible im blowing out my spark? Im gapped to .024 with br8pes ngk coppers

It does sound like spark blow out.
Your COP kit should cure that.
Don't gap the plugs anymore until then, as they might be fine at that gap.

Thats what i was thinking as well. My tuner told me with the COP to run .02 but ill try .024 then see what i need

You will usually get a DTC for missfiring, have you tried pulling codes? Did your tuner set you up so your CEL light flashes on knock? High knock count will pull a crap load of timing and can feel like hitting a rev limiter.

The only CEL im throwing now is o2 sensors. He set it to flash on knock however it isnt flashing when it happens

Probably a fuel problem rather than an ignition problem.
