My acd unit won't bleed, when I try to start the bleeding procedure I hear a tick sound from the relay fuse, I try putting new fuse and same sound but the pump won't run...
Pump is new, t case is new, relay is new, acd fuse on terminal is good.
(06 is mr)
Acd controller is also good...
The acd resevour is 1/4 filled and sometimes it takes like 10 minutes of driving for all three acd lights to come on.... most of the time all three come on after 2 minutes of start..

 

Any input would be greatly appreciated.

 

I am having same problem but mine was overfilled. I
found out it was a pump and most likely your pump is bad if you checked everything else. Check for frayed/damaged wires to the wheel speed sensors. Could be abs related. All of my research led me find that these pumps tend to go bad due corrosion since it is exposed right in the front ! Good luck ! But of course pull codes too to be sure!

 

Have you pulled any codes yet?

All you need to do is bridge pins 1 & 4 on the OBD port with a paper clip and count the number of flashes - Long flashes are 10's and short flashes

Easy enough to do mate if you don't have access to computer
