Running rough on hot days.

Hey Everyone

So, i'm not sure if this is just me, but any temperature above 75 degrees Fahrenheit, my evo runs really rough.... The tachometer needle bounces up and down, then settles as some low idle like 500-600 rpm, then bounces again from 600 to like 1500 rpms. (It sounds like it has cams). Is this happening to anyone else or does the car just need to be tuned? Thanks!

Had an issue like this on a car I was working on (not an Evo), ended up there was some questionable/deleted grounding points on the car, replaced, cleaned up the grounding points, and problem went away.

Could be a number of things though, any cel's? cels stored or pending? Any mods on the car?

No CELS at all.. The car just has a few bolt ons (tb exhaust, intake, LICP, tune)

Does it only happen on startup? Or does it run like that all the time when the weather gets warm?

There are injector pulsewidth compensation tables vs temperature that will effect this if the car was tuned on a very cold day
