I need to replace my screws that connect the throttle plate to the shaft, cant seem to find em. Anyone know a part number or can you not order OEM?

 

Contact Aby@Mil.Spec and see if they've got any you can buy? Or STM or MAP or anyone who rebuilds throttle bodies

 

This would be ideal because I will probably be buying their high pressure seals to, since my oem ones blew out again after like a week. I didnt think they sell separate cause I didnt see it on the site.

 

They probably don't on the site but I'm sure if you call and ask they can find some. Not exactly a common request probably

 

Contacted Mil spec they were able to sell me the throttle plate bolts, seals, and TB gasket all in one, thanks guys!

 

Posting some info in here for anyone else looking to find replacement throttle plate screws quick and easy. Just replaced my throttle shaft seals a second time in the 14 years I've had my IX. Throttle plate screws were stripped so needed to replace them too.

Found some at Home Depot.

Size is M4-0.7 x 6 mm Philips

Don't forget to use threadlocker blue so they don't back out over time! Cheers.
