Are these stock cams?

Was suppose to be a built motor but apparently parts got stolen and swapped from previous owners I got the car and want to verify what is in it Number is 4e11

Yes those are stock cams.

Built means something different to everyone. Some people just say built in reference to a built bottom end.

No.. issue was car was built with cams, springs, e85 pump when someone I know had it it then went to someone else and then claimed to not done anything to it then it went to someone else thenbi got it. Just finding this stuff out the person I got it from didn't know anything about it. So I went through it and it's all stock even the head bolts. To me looks as if the motor was swapped do to all the pink paint stripes on it.

Yea they are stockers. The stock ones are hollow and have them holes through them.
