I made a search on this but really couldn't come up with an answer

I have a turbo upgrade with intercooler upgrade + ss piping.
It didn't used to happen before but for the last couple weeks, when I ever try to accelerate on 2nd, 3rd or 4th gear, the car seems to shake a lot to the point where you unfortunetely let your foot off from gas pedal and slow down... this starts to happen at around 4000rpm and gets worst by 5-6k rpm...


What do you think the problem might be?

Any help will be appreciated...
