Clutch gurus please help!

Installed clutch with new act monoloc kit and oem tob.
100 miles is ok and now wont go in gears!

I did checked (borescope) the tob and monoloc and they are seated together.

Also, i did seperated them and engaged them again but no luck, still no disengagement and cant put them to gears.

I did replaced also the master and slave with new and bleed it good, but no luck.

I noticed that when pedal is pressed and engine is running, the pedal is spongy, has a clicking sound and there is a pedal vibration halfway thru.

But when engine off, you can feel the pedal pressure(not spongy) but the clicking sound still there. Clicking sound is like one click and occur when the pedal almost hit the floor.

Any insights please? Thanks

Sounds like the clutch disc can no longer engage the flywheel. I would check to see if the clutch fork has any play.

Call me captain obvious but if it was fine and then suddenly not, something in the clutch has broken.
