Unhappy Blown motor or blown headgasket?

I was driving today after I put my t04 turbo together again.
I was only putting down about 1.3 bar of psi which was very safe.

I went full throttle for a second and I heard that loud noise from he engine bay. After that, the rpms startd to fall down to 600-700-800 and then increae again and decrease to 800s again. I pulled over immediately and shut-down the engine.

I added some oil immediately because there was some oil leak 5-10min. ago but I don't think that sound was because of that.

Anyways, I started the car again and the rpms were increasing and decreasing all the time and my boost gauge was vacuuming at 0.3 where it was suppose to vacuum at 0.7 or 0.8

please help guys!
That happened just 10min ago and i am really worried

Sorry for the bad english and grammer
i simply can't think right now

Dam dude that suck memo. I sounds like a blown head gasket. but 1.3 bar (18.9psi) isn't that much boost. From your discription it sounds like the head gasket. Keep us posted

Ahhh, that sucks man... Can you explain teh loud noise from the engine again? Can you visually see any kind of demage in the engine? If you are boosting at 1.3 bar, then it is a good chance that u didnt overboost, maybe because of your A/F ratio is incorrect. The only way to find out for sure is to bring it to a nearby tunner in your area. Sorry if my reply is nonsense, but at least I try. Good luck and I hope you didnt blow out ur engine.

It was like a loud noise i felt like i dropped something from the engine to the ground...

i wasn't expecting a sound so i didn't pay attention.
Hope it is only the head gasket...

I checked the engine... no coolant or oil anywhere...

seems like nothing happened.. bt when i start my car the rpms are going crazy dropping and increasin.. When i throttle, it doesn't seem like rpms are increasing.

1.3 bar from a T04 is different from a 1.3 bar with the stock turbo. Open the cam cover and check the torque on the head studs.

Look for leaks around the head to check for a head gasket leak as well. Check all you IC hoses, connections - check everything before panicking. Hopefully its something minor.

yeah i was figuring it was one of the pipes popping because of pressure.... if the head gasket blows, isnt your engine history?

No It's just a hole in the head gasket. Put a new one on and your good to go.

Memo check to see if there is oil in the coolent or vice versa. That's a sure way to check if it's the head gasket. PS check all the I/C pipes too

Most likely is IC piping coming loose but the turbo itself may have failed/seized/broke. especially since it happened right after you put it on. I think it would still boost with a blown head gasket. Might run like **** but it would boost a little.

you would not hear a headgasket blow.......

it's an IC pipe I bet, or a hole in one of the rubber lines more than likely.

Yah, I have to agree with Adam, sounds more like you blew off an intercooler hose.. You'd KNOW if something in your engine let go.. but check/change your oil (look for metal fragments)

Yea im with adam on this one, you def wold not be able to hear the headgasket blow. Its most likely an intercooler hose, it has happened to a few people on this board. Good luck!

Yep - the sound of something falling from the engne to the ground may have been the hose clamp ...

Definitely sounds like an intake problem, most likely a coupler blew out somewhere or came off. About the head gasket I doubt you'll be able to hear it, maybe if a rod went, which i've seen and it ain't good. That sound will scare the crap out of anyone. Double check all your plumbing.... Hope this helps.
