Very Lean, rough idle, what the hell

Hey guys, went to turn on the VIII today and it had an extra hard time starting. I just replaced the positive fusible link right beforehand. It is idling extremely poorly and is not drivable. It starts but then wants to die after a few seconds after the first few times starting it. AFR out of range (18.5:1 plus), vacuum is at 12-14 inHg when it is usually at 20, and it sounds like it has cams but it does not. (I've checked) I checked plugs, they are fine. Did a boost leak test up to 25 psi, all good.

Was thinking it could be the fuel pump? With the car off, I hit the fuel pump actuator in evoscan and I could hear it whine. So I dont think that's what it is.

I'm stumped guys. Any input would be great. Below is a video of it idling.
