Mitsubishi evolution 8 lost boost pressure when its hot!
Hi!
I have a Mitsubishi evolution 8 2005. With stage 1 parts on it I know that the car needs a new tune because it runs rich. But i have a problem when the car is cold the boost pressure is around 1,6-1,7 bar but when it gets hot it goes down to 0,7-0,8 bar. Can it be because of its running rich or what do you think?

Yes i just bought it. But the seller said it has stage 1 tuning parts. And that it runs rich. It has better fuel pumps AN lines for the fuel big intercooler. Tial blow off valve. And precision turbo injectors but i can’t figure out which CC they are. I think that it’s either a boost leak or just that I need a new tune for it.

Yeah sounds like it's not tuned properly. I wouldn't drive it until you get it tuned.
There should be a serial number on the injectors if you pull them out. Might be able to see it without pulling them if you look closely.
And btw welcome to the evo life!
