New to evos, is this sound normal?

Hey guys, I’ve had my evo for about 4 months now and ever since I got it I’ve had this decel noise. Now I know a bunch of evo owners have complained about some sort of decel noise, and I’m just wondering if it’s just normal harmonics or something else. It sounds like it’s right below the e brake and shifter. Maybe something near the driveshaft? I’m not sure but here’s a video to let you guys hear it.

It doesn’t do it when you give it gas?

I wouldnt be too concerned but, if you havent yet, change all the drivetrain fluids (trans, front diff & rear diff) & examine the fluid for metal particles

Just replaced all drivetrain fluids not one metal shaving except for a little glitter in the trans. Noise still persists only off. It never does it below like 3500rpms. I plan to run it on a lift.

Driveshaft hitting a heat shield? What did the previous owner say?

Previous owner said he thought it was just clutch chatter. It does sound like a heatshield of some sort. I bent the one above the drive shaft and no change.
