I’ve searched around for a good bit and haven’t found a solid answer that I’m comfortable with. I have an 05 GSR, 9MR 6 speed and an RS LSD non-ACD tcase (+stock clutch type rear lsd). None of it is in the car yet, but will be soon. I want to make sure this combination isn’t going to cause any issues before it all goes in.. TIA

Any combination of transmission, transfer case, and most clutch kits from an 03 - 06 evo regardless of package will bolt up and run just fine. ACD will need to be handled accordingly depending on what you choose to do. In other words if you throw an ACD transfer case on an 03 - 04 evo, expect to install the ACD pump and components for it to run right. If you install a Non-ACD transfer case on an 05-06 evo, expect to remove the ACD components to save weight.
