Anyone put a 09 ralliart diff in a evo 8?

Anyone put a 09 ralliart diff in a evo 8?

I know evo x owners put the evo 8 diffs in. Not seeing it other way around. Just curious since ralliart diffs are half the price as evo 8s.

just so people can google it.

they fit no problem. just need Evo rear cover 80 $, and evo side mounts. 75ish

far cheaper than a 1k diff.

Isn't ralliart diff slightly different gear ratio then evo 8 ? Or I am wrong?

no it is not. I have taken both apart side by side. they are identical.

these are direct bolt in? Does it also need a restack?

They are just like evo, so yes a restack if you want. Direct bolt in if you have evo ears and rear cover. Those are the 2 different parts. Evo cover and ears bolt right on.
