Eco 9 block repair/advise

At this point I am looking for a used good condition block, but if that doesn't come up soon. I will probably buy a new block. I suspect that the thrust bearing side of the block might be mushroomed too which is another issue in itself. There is no dimensions in the manual for how thick that main journal should be etc. etc. Which probably means that is not a serviceable item. However, I will bring my block to the machine shop to see what they say, but regardless will not be putting this block back in use.
