Goodmorning everybody. I’m looking to upgrade the turbo on my 8 MR and I was looking at the Tomei M7963. Couldn’t find much in terms of reviews so I was wondering if anybody here has first hand experience with the turbo.

Also open to any recommendations for a turbo. I’m building a fun daily street car with the occasional track day. Looking for a high response turbo and NOT crazy about massive numbers.

I was also looking for responsive turbo and based on what I've read the HKS GT2 7460R ball bearing is probably the best choice. So now I am using that and I found it gives excellent response, just like stock Evo 9 turbo but with more mid-top end power.

I've read the Tomei however is not that good. It's more laggy and only a journal bearing.
