Looking to get a bigger intercooler this winter and from the looks of it Buschur has suspended intercooler production temporarily. Does anyone know the size of the STM high horsepower intercooler or any personal reviews of it? I can see its a 3.8 garret core but I'm curious if its the same length and height of the Buschur race core. Any information or help on this is greatly appreciated. Thank you

 

I have one of their intercoolers, a few years old but the high-hp version like you mention. Just took some quick measurements of the core, 23.5x12 is what I have. My front crash beam is removed, fyi. I've had no issues with it, works really well.

 

Thank you for the information. I was kinda hoping it was the same size as the Buschur Race intercooler but either way, thats extremely helpful.

How do you like the quality of it and if you had a choice to buy again would you still buy that intercooler?

 

I have this intercooler with the 3" outlet option. it fits nice and is very high quality. I purchased the STM lightweight crashbeam to go with it.

 

No issues whatsoever with the quality of the intercooler, it performs really well. Looks good, quality welds throughout, and I've had zero issues with it. I would definitely buy it again, its a stout piece.
