Still cant hold boost plz help

This has been killin me since day one.

I have full 3'' turboback exhaust with highflow cat, dynoflash, walbro fuel pump, k&n drop filter, and tried 2 different manual boost controllers.

My boost will NOT stay solid no matter where i set it, it drops 4-5 psi. If i set it to 20 psi, it drops to 16 by 7000 rpm, if i set it to 16 it will drop to 12 psi. The only 2 remaining things i can think of are changing my bov "i tried this a while ago as my first mod along with the MBC and didnt work then". Then the last thing i can think of is check my install. My MBC works in the sense that i can set boost with it, but it will not hold boost solid at any psi.

The thing thats drivin me nutts is that when i first got my car dynoflashed, the car held boost solid at 20 psi for the first few times we floored it then suddenly went back to dropping. Im not sure what the hell thats all about.

Does anyone have ANY idea what the problem might be?

prob the mbc with the exhaust... this is why i love blitz electronics.... set it and forget it The manual boost controllers really don't allow you to adjust the gain, only the set meaning u can control how much boost is made but you can't control how fast and slow the waste gate opens and closes....

What kind of mbc are u running some are designed much better then others as well...

I think i just found the problem. I noticed the cap i put on the nipple comming out of the turbo is gone. Is this the problem? Or does it not matter?
