Im getting a T0138 code: Heated Oxygen Sensor Circuit High Voltage. What would cause higher 02 sensor voltage? I had to extend the stock 02 sensor but I checked the wiring and it looks ok. Anybody have ideas on this?

Doesn't the O2 sensor work by modifying resistance amounts? Could you have added some unwanted resistance by adding wire?

 

Well I have had that on for a couple months now and this is the first time I have gotten a CEL.
