Evo 3 LHD conversion
Hello, I live in Long Beach, California.
I am planning to get evo 3 for my first car, but I want the car to be converted to left hand drive, and I want someone to do the conversion.
Do you know anyone or any shop who will do the conversion job for evo 3?
Thank you.

Well you asked this question a couple years ago Ian.
I have been looking into buying an Evo III as well. Seems like its bad timing at the moment since prices across the board are showing me examples at $20K+. However, if you already bought it when prices were low allow me to praise you for having the foresight. As for converting it to LHD then you need to find a Mirage parts car. Rewelding the firewall would be the easy part. The hard part would be sourcing parts for the LHD conversion. I am going to guess an minimum of 10k to do it.
Hi guys I’m planning to get my first evo and I think it will be 2 or 3.
I have a questions about it.
Q1. I live in Commiefornia and I’m gonna import evo 2 or 3. Will there be any problem in registration and anything?
Q2. How much will it cost to convert RHD to LHD?
I searched and I think I can use mirage’s interior.
Also, I want someone to do the conversion.
What will be the cost?
Thank you.
Ian
